Brynlee learned how to embroider.
She saw me working on my pumpkins for the fall mantle decor and asked me to teach her how. I said, "Not now, maybe some other time." And then, after thinking about it for a minute, I thought about why I did just teach her right then? I'm so used to saying "later" and "not now" for so many things that I didn't realize that this time was an actual okay time to teach. So I did. She also got over her fear of using the needle and did a terrific job. Plus, she helped me get 2 leaves done! Rae wants to learn how now too.
