Church Halloween Party

I meant to finish the girls' costumes before Halloween, but then I got so sick (which I later found out was bronchitis) that I wasn't able to finish Brynlee's in time.  Rae's was finished the moment before we had to leave.  Luckily the day before, Brynlee was trying on a dress-up and I realized she already had a perfect Rapunzel costume after all (a real ballerina dress costume I got from a garage sale this summer).  It was torn and the straps needed fixing.  After an hour making repairs, we had a costume suitable for Rapunzel.  Yippee!
(I still plan on finishing her original costume and wrap it up for Christmas).

Our community had a local trick-or-treat for families during the day on Saturday.  It was pretty cold outside, so Ambree's costume switched to a bunny.
And oh my!  I never thought a rabbit looked good enough to eat before.  :)

Of course she wouldn't hold still for any decent photos.
